All of our sauces, rubs, and spice blends are custom creations. We offer one-of-a kind BBQ that we believe is unique and wonderful.

We are now operating  a Deli-Q-Tessen located at 765 Old County Road in San Carlos. Our hours are Monday & Tuesday 11-3, Wed-Fri 11-7 for dinner service.We are serving up the freshest BBQ sandwiches and plates in town.  The BBQ pit is always smoking in the parking lot .
